don't seem to be moving at all being really good 5 days a week under 1000 Cals a day then weekend have a few glasses of wine and willpower goes to pot but you have to live thing is I've only got a few pounds to loose oh well keep trying
61.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
