I have been really busy at work, travelling the past week. I ate at McDonald's 3 times...Today, I worked on my sister's floor for 3 hours. I also did 1 30 minute Jillian Michael's video - Level 3.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
