Not a great loss but a loss non the less. I managed to go to the gym 3 times this week and my whole body aches, so maybe there is some water retention there as well? One can hope 😂 I averaged 2000kcal per day so this week I will try to drop it to 1800 kcal plus gym and see what happens. I do however feel like I have more energy this week and having eaten clean for 2 weeks I also feel better in general, I'm not sluggish or have massive cravings so it's all good.
