today wasn't too bad a day. was rushed out of the house early so only had couple slices of bacon for breakfast. lunch was tuna fish and a hunk of cheese. most of my carbs came at dinner time but managed to stay on target. it's was my second attempt at making mashed cauliflower. still need to work on it cause compared to what I've had made by others, mine was kinda crappy. stayed in nutritional ketosis most of the day. 👍
