Went off the wagon a bit with our 27th anniversary but slowly getting my mind back in the right space ... carbs are a definite trigger for me 🤦🏼‍♀️
85.4 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
