I've gained 2 pounds but I am hoping that is just muscle weight as I feel like I am losing inches in my waist and slightly in my arms. I will take measurements this weekend and see for sure. Fingers crossed!!
I've started a bootcamp class which is pretty similar to CrossFit. I go 5 times a week. I definitely feel stronger and I know I'm getting a great workout because I always have a high heart rate throughout and leaving sweaty :)
99.8 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
