Ok, hate to admit it but I've gained back a few pounds.... argh. I've been eating pretty badly. Drinking this weekend. Feeling weirdly hormonal and emotional. But I am still feeling like I'm in ok shape, just need to get back into yoga I think.
Partly wish I could quit drinking, smoking, and eating meat. How healthy I would be! But how boring is that.... I LOVE beer and meaty pizza! AAAARGH.
