So happy! Did a very intense otf workout yesterday morning, burned over 700 calories. very terrible therapy yesterday with josh so upset under ate on calories but had a ton of water and I did poop this morning
73.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
