Wow! I guess I cant say im surprised. I've been very irresponsible keeping track of my eating over my 4 day weekend. I HAVE to do better!!! I do feel better but the weight is not there. It's back to the grind this morning. I wont let myself down anymore.
144.5 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
