Yesterday,after listening to a podcast featuring Dr. Johnson and his fructose research I have new plan.
fast until lunch
no carbs at lunch
Reasonable dinner with carbs

I am adding, no eating after 8
minimum 66 oz water per day

Its similar to hcg protocol

On Saturdays I will have more carbs at dinner
I may fast on Sundays
108.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
