I just came back from a week driving vacation. I watched what I ate and weighed myself when I came home and didn't gain anything! But no real exercise.

Now, I have lost weight upon getting back into somewhat of an exercise routine. I really have to do it in the am. By the pm, I have talked myself out of it. Perhaps you know how I feel?

I will keep plugging away. I did not meet my goals for September and October but I will try harder in the coming months.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes! Working out in the morning is so much better for me! I don't have to dread the pm workout all day. It feels good waking up and getting it done.
