I am on my 7th week of Insanity. I had gotton all the way up to 248lbs before I started Insanity. I can tell a bigger difference when I feel of my body or when I put on clothes, not so much when I look in the mirror, but I know it's b/c I see myself everyday. I can tell a difference in my mood and I just feel better. I still have a ways to go, but I've got this!!!!!
