okay semangat!!! kita pelan2 aja tsay... gak mau diet yg ekstrim, takutnya nanti malah bikin naik lagi kalau gak konsisten... coba cek seminggu ini dl gmna hasilnya, mudah2an turun ya... 😊🙏
