OK, It's time to get serious. I hate being overweight. I see all my family, mostly the females and I see how large they have all gotten over he years. I never even thought I'd pass 140 calories, 10 years ago, but here I am in the 170s, just barely reaching 168. I feel good about this small weight loss, but, I really need to get back to 140-145. I am gonna do it this time. I decided to try a new diet by Suzanne Summers. My friend did and lost 20lbs. I hope it works for me. So far I've lost 3 lbs and feel I'm on my way. wish me luck everyone, Patty
76.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
