Didnt lose much weight this week but still well motivated, for the first time in a year I have been able to fit into pants that i ordered that were to small. This week going to try eat more fruits instead of vegetables as i find the vegetables cause bloating and heartburn 💪🏻 excited to see what next weeks weight will be 💪🏻
