I didn't follow my plan last weekend for my vacation in Virginia. I did take off Tuesday and Wenesday , and i'm trying to get back on plan but it's so hard to do after i fell off the wagon. I need to leave the 190's behind!!!!
90.0 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
