Today at work someone brought in 3 boxes of donuts. I turned them down as if it was a box of turds. We are all going out to lunch any way, why would I want to spoil my lunch. I also brought a good snack with me. I have found that I crave almonds and craisins. I eat them together and it is better than any other junk food I used to eat!
47.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
