Lost 6.8kg in two weeks follow a very restrictive calorie diet. Im in a fish bowl challenge, just hope i can keep it up for next 6 weeks 👍🏻. Still have quite a few kgs to shed before I reach my ideal weight, just taking one day at a time.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
