slooooowwwww losing. I've been on 180s forever it seems, but I know I haven't. That 180 just doesn't want to go away. I am losing inches though. I am following the diet to the t EXCEPT not exercising as I should and don't drink enough water. Those 2 evils are what I have to learn to do as I never have liked water or exercise. I know, I know...
