Yes, that is a drastic drop of almost 10 lbs in a week, but Monday I had a colonoscopy and things have been a bit unsettled here...trying to get electrolytes, fluids, and stomach back to normal....go to a hospital and come out feeling worse than when you went in.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
