Yesterday was tough. I forgot my lunch at work and couldnt really go anywhere to get something because I was too busy. I ended up eating cheese and jello. I was so sick by the time I got home and my ketone strip was dark purple. I had roasted chicken, broccoli & cauliflower when I got home, and when I weighed this morning I had lost 2 pounds! That is great, but it wasn't worth getting sick over. I made sure I didnt miss lunch today!!!
