I exercised yesterday and I'm planning on doing so this morning. I will still have ice cream, but I think I'm going to have a very small portion just for taste. Oh yead and my leg is still sore.
74.0 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
