Not logging daily food but am keeping an eye o it, see if that works. Have been hovering around 74.8 kg for the past month or so, but feel it is on the move again now so recording the shift.... energy levels are getting, better than they have been, which is great. need to remember to do my exercise amid the chaos of continued crisis management which is still my life. One day it will all resolve and then melt away to a distant memory. Haha, just like my excess weight :D
