changing my RDI to 1200 and joining a gym. I can't wait until next Monday to see what these changes bring :)
112.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great idea - I use 1200 as my base but I am short, remember? You may want to taper down from where you were and see if you can do 1400 or 1500 and still lose...

Thanks I'll see how I feel at 1200, but I am a bit taller so I may need to bump it up.
