I've been riding my bike for the past 2/3 weeks again since I fell and injured myself last July!
I had great ride yesterday!
Riding on my own, I feel I never push myself enough, but yesterday I met up with Rui, who was riding nearby and was able to get to those tracks I was riding last year, and he was able to push me!
It was great!
