Somehow I still lost two more pounds. I've ate like crap all week (well, other than breakfast of two yogurts) because I've been all whiny about my teeth. I can't imagine how much I would have lost if I actually followed the diet. Time to hop back on and try my best.

After today of course. I'm having lunch with the John boy's parents & brother, and we're going to a chinese buffet. Yup, I'm going to enjoy that.


152.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
