OK somewhat confused. So overall I've been exercising, reducing food intake, seeing definition on my body and losing inches and the scale is showing something very different! Was extremely stressed out yesterday so don't know if that has anything to do with it but either way, those numbers don't make sense to me. Maybe muscle gain/water weight? Gonna keep monitoring this and see if there's something I need to change 🤔🙄
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.2 kg a Week

Don't be stressed out and don't focus on the scale! (That was my downfall? If you're seeing results that's brilliant. The scale takes into consideration muscle and everything - so if you've been exercising you've gained muscle mass but lost the fat hence why the scale has a reading which is confusing. Don't stress be happy with the non scale victories!!!!!

Also my trainer said if you weigh yourself everyday take an average at the end of the week that's close to your actual weight. As during the day our weight will fluctuate as it's natural.

I don’t go off the scale and I tell my clients not to aswell the scales are brilliant one day and horrible the next day you can be holding water one day and not the next depending on carb intake if the mirror and the tape measure are saying one thing it’s 2 against 1

Hi all, thanks very much for the comments and tips! T. O. M has already been so don't think it's that. I'm gonna keep taking my measurements and focus on those numbers as I can see some definition around my torso and have had a few comments saying I look slimmer. I'll keep in mind the carb intake and try to get the average number each week as well as try to lower my stress levels as best I can. Thanks again!
