been using the app for android, finally signed up on here. I've been wanting to lose 15 pounds for a year!!! Can't seem to do it. :(
58.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome! Be sure and check out the RDI calculator on the "My Diet" section of the page. It's a good starting point. Then it's pretty basic. Calories in < Calories burned = weight loss. I just signed up recently and I am losing at a good clip.
