Another step in the right direction 😁 had one cheat meal but got straight back on healthy eating. Drinking between 2 and 3 liters of water a day which is great, find I get thirsty quite a lot so just keeping the intake up.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve learning that if I REALLY want it I’ll have it and just calculate it into my daily intake and then take an extra long walk or something. Previously I wouldn’t and that just backfired into binge eating crap
