Today, I’m officially 15.8 lbs down since Jan 2. Only 5.4 lbs more pounds until I reach my first goal. If what articles written about habits are true, only a few more days until new habits are formed. Regardless, consistency will pay off. (Sugar really is the devil). Keeping on keeping on!
