Good morning! I have to say that I am quite happy with the scales this morning! The weight has been slowly coming off in the last week or so, so it is nice to see a significant (1.2lbs.) loss this morning. The cravings have been strong, but I have been stronger! Thank God for Smart Ones sundaes! Those things are great! ;) I am still staying below 1300 calories & below 150 carbs daily. I have not been faithful with exercising though! I could tell it yesterday when I finally got to moving too! My butt did not want to move!!! I have to do better with that! I am only 2.4lbs. from my 50% goal! YAY! I hope to be there before our family reunion in 2 weeks! Wish me luck! ;)
