ok so today in Pe. I weighed my self and I weigh 135.
Alright and I've been working out for two weeks now. With a free load day which means for just one day a week I can eat whatever I want. Yaya.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
