I did a 26 hour fast and the next day when I ate, it was too low calorie. My body went into starvation mode and started holding onto weight. It seems to have leveled off now a few pounds up, but I feel like it is a turning point and that my body will start letting go again. And now I know to keep my fasting in the 17-19 hour range, which works well for me.
