I feel like I am losing my mind! I tried the Fat Flush Plan and it only lasted one week. I just kept craving junk food. I just don't know how to say no
47.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
