This WOE is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kcal restriction, cycling and a UD and a DD. For me it is 1,300 on UD and 600 to 650 on DD. Healthy food selections! NO FAST FOOD!!!! Keeping carbs under 25. Will change it when I reach 160. 2.2 pounds to go!!!! :)

I do NOT cheat. Everything I eat is in my food diary. EVERYTHING!

I do NOT get hungry. I do have a empty wonderful feeling and it is as wonderful as I say it is, 4 ME and 4 U 2 :)
73.6 kg Lost so far: 62.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
