Not doing as well with Steak Days as I would like. I am definitely not doing them right though because I am having PMS cravings. Also I am also going against my body's previous 10 year plateau set point. Today I am just going to relax a bit and eat F5 style today but eat what I want with some extra protein.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
