Steering clear of recording weight fluctuations of the silly season I can now keep ploughing on to my best body for my age and history. I will get there. Double incentive for me as my builder has agreed to quit a lifetime of smoking once I reach 65 kilos. I think he sees them both as an impossible target but I do think that if *I* can reach mine he has no choice... My ultimate goal is 60kg, but 65 is a good step, a really good step.
