I really need to get back into my normal routine. I was off the last 3 weeks and moving my store to a new location and was eating at weird hours. Last week's weigh in was not pretty, this week I am actually down 3 lbs but up from the last time I logged here. But I took a challenge to walk 2,019 miles in 2019 and that has motivated me to get off my butt, been walking to work despite the bitter cold. So Slowly I am getting more active and my store is reopened so it will be back into my routine now. Which will be nice. Now if I could just shake this cold and get my energy back! Happy new year everyone!
