After I exercise, I feel good and I do look better in terms of posture and stomach being more "pulled in". However, my weight is not budging. After further discussion with my husband, I am planning to taper off my anxiety meds to see if they are indeed the culprit. I've been on them over a year and feel fine. If I don't need them, I don't want to be taking them. If it turns out I do need them, I'll go back on. Mental health is my top priority, but if I'm ok then why take unnecessary drugs, esp. if they mean weight gain? So, I plan to start tapering tomorrow, and we'll see!
