I ate horribly this week. Even though I technically didn't go over my points target, I made terrible choices. The fat content in the foods I ate was extremely high and I didn't really drink enough water to help my body cleanse out all of the crap I was eating. Also, Wednesday's workout consited of mowing the lawn (How hard is it to push a mower around the yard?) and I didn't work out at all on Friday or Saturday
