Dropped another lb, but will have to watch because the weekend is when i normally do the damage!! Actually my scales where playing up this morning and i got 3 different weights depending on where they were placed. However i went for the highest.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
