Timbangan Akhir Minggu ke-53 IF-ketogenic: duar..pura2 kaget and speechless padahal sih dah tau bakal naik cuma gk nyangka sebanyak ini..naek 2,2 kilo selama 2 minggu terakhir..naek 4 kilo dari titik terendah sejak keto (kira2 sebulan yang lalu)..review tahunan turun 27 kilo setaon (not bad lah ya)..lipid & glucose biomarker oke..gw memutuskan untuk lanjut if ketogenicnya, sampe target 69 terpenuhi..btw ada yg pernah cek fasting insulin dalam darah?
