Sunday - a new week - Have 5 weeks to lose 15 pounds for big party - probably not going to happen but I am setting it as a goal. I really want to be back down for this party. It's important to me - I will be seeing a lot of people that I haven't seen in a while - and I want to be down 20 by Thanks giving. My husband turns 50 and I am having a beach party for him - Always puts a damper on big reunions for me when I am heavy - especially with all the pictures being taken. So here's to new goals.
Got up this morning and did my ab work - watching Man Utd - as soon as the match is over I am doing my shred workout. Onward and upward. Going to plan out my menu for the day - vegetable curry tonight.
