So far so good for this week. I dont normally weigh in more than once a week, despite the fact that i go on the scales most mornings. Ok probably every morning. Have decided to record my weight each time i go on the scales for a couple of weeks just to see if it makes any difference to my motivation.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
