I could cry. Finally bought a scale.... I look thinner then I have in months and yet apparently I'm almost 130 lbs.....this blows.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

If you look better, why are you so upset? Maybe you were heavier than you thought to begin with, meaning you made more progress than you thought!

didn't really think about it that way... just was thinking about the fact that the amount I need to lose to get to my goal weight went up.... Thanks though that does make me feel better
