Starting fresh. Haven't been on here for awhile. Been yo-yo dieting and now Im ready to lose weight the healthy way. Wish me luck :) Realistic goal weight: 130 lbs. Starting goal: to lose 5 lbs. When I hit that, then I can set another goal :)
