Still down from the injury from the Panther Run. Going back to the doctor on the 26th and hopefully get this boot off! I am so missing the gym right now. I have kept my food in line and the only exercise I am getting is lugging this 10lb boot around. I did start doing push ups and situps.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week

Oh, that's too bad that you got hurt... Is it the knee? Can't you do any kind of exercise? In the water,may be? But even so you're keeping the diet right and loosing weight! That's great!!! Fingers crossed that you doctor you "free" you from resting!!!! :)
