Yes! I lost weight even though I was bad all weekend I guesus the bits and pieces of excercise plus my regular 2 miles this morning saved me.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
