Today I'm starting the Duke University, No Sugar, No Starch diet... not that I was eating many anyway, but I really want to experiment with whether this helps me in my quest to become keto-adapted.
109.0 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 50.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
