Lost 2 pounds this week! Very happy. This is the lowest I've been in over 10 years! Walking 3 miles, 8780 steps.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
